Today, we are faced with millions of temptations whether it be fast food restaurants on ever block or the take-out menus that can have food at your doorstep in minutes. We are given foods that are artificially colored, flavored and easily mass distributed around the country. These temptations seem great at first but reading labels and taking time to think about how mass distributed food is nutritionally beneficial to you and your body can help you realize that there are better options out there for you.
